Log in to ACH Pro, click your name in the top left and click Account
On the Account Settings page, click Change Password. This will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
You can change your password two ways: 1) on the Account Settings page or 2) by clicking Forgot Password on the login page. The Account Settings option is documented below.
